This was the very first song I wrote specifically for this album.
I wrote it on my bike.
I recorded it in a couple of hours by shouting into the built-in mic on my computer.
I handed it to friends to mix and master.
It's about love and friendship and family and that moment when you breathe a real breath after coming out from deep water.
The point at which you notice your heart keeps beating despite itself or yourself or...
That part, you know?
